Bearing Precious Seed is local church ministry dedicated to printing the Word of God for free distribution to local church missionaries on the field. It is simply printing the Scriptures, and giving it freely to those who do not have it.

In 1974, Dr. D.L. Green, pastor of Parker Memorial Baptist Church, prayed and asked God to give him a worldwide ministry. A year later, God began answering that prayer.

Dr. Don Fraser, the founder of the Bearing Precious Seed ministry, came to Parker and preached a message about getting the Bible to those that have never heard the Gospel. Many souls were stirred and as a result, a print shop at Parker Memorial Baptist Church became a reality in 1976.

Parker Memorial Baptist Church, over the past 30 years of having a Bering Precious Seed ministry, has printed millions of Scripture portions. This ministry continues to grow more and more as the days pass by.
